INSPECTION AND TEST OF ALL INCOMIN RAW MATERIALS:

The Raw Material required for mineral,Oranic,ferro-Alloy,metal,Binder,syntheic Material and wild rod etc. are about from Standrads suppliers are per our required specification,our quility control chemical  testing of all incoming material to check their suitability for production.if the result are found accecptable. 

Inspection & Test Plan Of All Process Control:

Stores Of Raw Material: The Accepected Raw material is Identitfied an d eachType Stroed

Dry Mixing: The Proportionate Qulitified of various ingredient required for fules Coating Formulation are put in dry mixing and Through mixed one mix of dry power is normally 1000KGs and this mixed identified is giving a mix no and products code.

Wet Mixing: The dry mixied with a binding liquied in a mixing machine which has a  kheading action,This wet mix is then pressed into briquetts press thePrecentage of binder controlled of wet mixing.

Extrusion: The briquettes are then bed into the extrusion press.The extrusion press operate at a certain pressure and giving a uniform coating on the Cut Wire.

Inspection & Test Plan Of All Finished Products: 

After Backing the Electrode representative sample for each batch of eletrode are tested for welding perdormance and chemical analysis of weld deposit.After satisfatory Completion of testing our quality control department release the batch for deposit to the customers or to the excise store.
